Google Play closed test

Become a tester.

Help us launch ClauseShift on Google Play. Access is granted through our testers group, so follow the three steps in order. It takes about two minutes.

Do step 1 first

The invite and Play links only work after you have joined the group, and access can take 10 to 15 minutes to sync. Use the same Google account on every step and on your phone.

  1. 1
    Start here

    Join the testers group

Open the group and tap Join group. The Google account you join with is the one that gets tester access, so use the same account that is signed in to the Play Store on your phone.

    Join the group
  2. 2

    Accept the test invite

Open the opt-in page and tap Become a tester. If it says you are not a tester yet, give it a few minutes after joining the group, then refresh.

  3. 3

    Install from Google Play

Open ClauseShift on Google Play and install it like any other app. Sign in or create an account, run a contract through it, and keep it installed.

How to help most

  • Keep the app installed through the test period.
  • Open it now and then and try a real review.
  • Tell us anything that feels off or breaks.

Found a bug or have feedback? Post in the testers group or send us a note. Thank you for helping us launch.

If something does not work

It says I am not a tester, or access is denied

You either skipped step 1 or it is still syncing. Confirm you joined the group with the same Google account, then wait 10 to 15 minutes and try the invite link again.

The Play link shows item not found

Same cause. The app only becomes visible once your tester access is active, which is a few minutes after you join the group.

I joined but still cannot see it

Play uses your phone's active Google account. Make sure the account that joined the group is the one selected in the Play Store app, then reopen the Play link.
